The delivery network is moving beyond metro markets, scaling fleet, hubs, and local partner infrastructure ahead of its biggest quarter yet.

India’s festive season demand no longer concentrates in its eight largest cities, and GLAM has spent the past two quarters building for that shift. The company has extended its operations into West Bengal and the North-East, setting up on-ground fleet, hub infrastructure, and local partner networks in markets that sit outside the traditional metro cluster. The expansion underpins an internal target of ₹200 Cr in Annualised Revenue Run Rate this festive season – roughly double the company’s current business.

The geographic push has been matched by capacity on every other front. GLAM has scaled its central and regional teams across operations, technology, category management, and partner supply, adding a significant number of roles this fiscal year alone. On the client side, new brand and platform partnerships signed over the past six months span quick commerce, e-commerce, and D2C – collectively widening order volumes as the season approaches. Together with a rapidly growing delivery partner base, these form the three pillars of the company’s festive strategy.

What distinguishes GLAM from others expanding at a similar pace is that the economics have held. The company has posted profitable growth quarter on quarter since it was founded in 2022, without taking on external equity, and its unit economics have remained positive even in newer and lower-tier catchments. Its technology stack – covering delivery partner life cycle management, high-frequency order handling, and rider utilisation – combined with pincode- and hub-level operational discipline, has produced a Return on Equity above 50% and 25X revenue growth across three years.

“Every 10-minute delivery promise in this country rests on a last mile, fulfilment layer that has to be denser, deeper and more reliable than ever before,” said Vijay Dobriyal, Founder & CEO, GLAM. “Our job is to build that last mile infra, profitably and at a scale that matches where Indian digital commerce is headed. The upcoming festive quarter is going to be a key stepping stone, towards the real milestone of 100,000+ delivery partner network by FY28 in line with our ESG framework.”

The company now has pan-India presence and is working towards a delivery partner base exceeding 100,000 by FY28, a scale that would rank it among India’s largest digital commerce delivery networks. GLAM is exploring its first external equity raise to fund wider city coverage and further infrastructure build-out.
