Xindus Raises $10 Million to Make Global Trade Easier for Small Businesses

Gurugram-based startup Xindus raised $10 million in Series A funding to grow its business and help more small companies trade internationally.
Founded in 2022, Xindus is a technology-driven startup started by Saurabh Goyal, Madan Mohan, Jaikaar Singh, and Saptarshi Datta. Their goal is to make global trade easier for small and medium businesses (SMEs).
Xindus created a platform called XindusOne, which offers everything a small business needs for cross-border trade — like shipping, storage, customs rules, returns, and payments — all in one place. This helps businesses save time and avoid the stress of dealing with many different services.
The funding was led by 3one4 Capital, with support from Orios Venture Partners, Shastra VC, and Caret Capital. With the new funds, Xindus plans to grow its customer base from 1,000 to 10,000 SMEs and reach a total trade value of $200 million in the next 12 to 18 months.
So far, Xindus has helped process over 500,000 shipments and supported over 1,000 small businesses in selling their products globally.
Xindus wants to do more than just manage logistics — its mission is to give small businesses a fair chance to grow in global markets through simple, tech-based tools.
With strong support from investors and a growing customer base, Xindus is quickly becoming a big name in helping small businesses trade across borders.
